Jobbio and Startup Open House Reimagine Recruitment by Inviting London’s Top Talent to Visit the City’s Most Exciting Startup

Jobbio, the careers marketplace and inbound hiring platform connecting talent and companies directly, has partnered with Startup Open House (SOH) to transform how tech recruitment is done in London, as part of London Tech Week. Taking place on June 14th, the free event will connect the city’s best startups with job seekers, giving them a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the startup life while getting to know local founders and teams for one night.

The London tech scene is thriving and the idea behind SOH is to open the city’s vibrant community for visitors to discover. For an evening, startups, co-working spaces, incubators and VCs open their doors and welcome top talent, passionate investors and curious neighbours into their offices. Throughout the event, visitors will be able to apply for jobs and test new products.

Apart from having their doors open to visitors, some companies –IDEALondon, Second Home, Seedrs, TechSpace and The Trampery– will be holding special events, including job fairs, talks, demos and after parties. Jobbio is also running job fairs at WeWork Spitalfields and Hackney House, where they’ll be offering access to tech companies for the local community. Second Home will have talks on wellbeing, personal improvement, and meditation while IDEALondon will have a session of talks with founders.

Startup Open House in London is powered by Jobbio and produced by Credo Productions in Montreal. Since it began in Canada in 2013, they’ve opened the offices of over 100 tech business, attracting more than 10,000 visitors.
